Allied Resource Management (ARM) successfully operates as an insurance brokerage, employee benefit consulting company, and human resources outsourcing firm. ARM was founded in 2005 with the following objective:
"To Raise the Expecations of our Clients, Vendors, and Partners."
It seems that the bar has been set so low these days when it comes to good customer service. Actions and behavior like returning a phone call timely, maintaining a polite disposition, or being concerned for the well-being of another are areas which should just be considered part of the job.
