Paul Younkins has been involved with the health care, insurance, human resource industries for over thirteen years working with, managing, and overseeing multiple teams and groups responsible for different operational aspects of the business to include group benefit consulting, account management, direct sales/marketing, business relations, product development, process improvement/solutions, and the identification and recovery of lost revenue.
Paul is a licensed health, life/fixed annuity, and disability agent who understands and believes in the importance of excellent service, honesty, and hard work. During the past decade he has been responsible for over 100,000 lives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and has subsequently earned the continual trust and respect of many of the region's upstanding small business leaders.
When he is not busy developing new methods to better support ARM's clients, Paul enjoys exercise, playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, attending church, and watching live music. He and his wife currently reside in Mount Airy, MD with their son, Preston.

Heath Hykes has a diverse background with over 10 years of combined experience in the health care and financial services industries. He has overseen many different aspects within these two arenas to include business relations, sales/marketing, account management, overall business growth, and the expansion of product lines. In addition to Heath's management / consulting roles he has significant experience in the Healthcare field personally helping businesses develop their group benefit plans. His experience in the financial services industry has allowed him to help his clients plan for their financial future(s).
Heath is a licensed health, life/fixed annuity, and disability agent in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania. He believes in doing business the old fashion way. His high standards, ethics, and his ongoing devotion to the community keep him focused on doing what is in the best interest of his clients. This has allowed him to build and maintain strong relationships with many of the small business professionals in the market place today.
Heath enjoys playing golf, coaching sports, & spending quality time with his family. He currently resides in Hagerstown MD with his wife Nikki and their two children Kaylee and Kaiden.

Responsible for the support of both our marketing team and our client base, Christine Huff is truly the back-bone of our operation. Always available and willing to help, Christine demonstrates what our value proposition is all about - she is dyanmic, loyal, and responsive. Prior to joining the ARM team, Christine operated as an underwriter and an inter-departmental support liasion for both MAMSI Health Plans and United Healthcare. Her judicious, ethical, and detail-oriented approach to work immediately puts our clients at ease because they know the answers and solutions they get are accurate and timely.
Christine lives in Frederick, MD with her husband, Chad, her children, Marilin and Collin, and their dog, Jazzmin.
When she is not busy supporting the ARM team, Christine enjoys playing softball and tennis, swimming, photography, taking in a good movie, spending time with her family, and watching live music.

Jennifer has been in the Health Insurance field since 2001, starting her career with MAMSI Life and Health Insurance as a Suspense Coordinator, and later transitioning into the Large Group Services Department. Jennifer joined ARM in 2009 as a Strategic Account Consultant. In her unique role, Jennifer is able to effectively assist our clients, vendors, and associates with billing, enrollments, terminations, claims and any other issues or concerns. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking in all of the attractions Frederick and the surrounding area has to offer. She also enjoys photography and documenting her familys lives with scrapbooking. Jennifer is a native resident of Frederick County and lives here with her husband and two young boys. Jennifer is an incredible asset to our firm and we are fortunate to have her on the team.

Brandi joined ARM in September of 2006 and is responsible for marketing and service throughout Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel Counties. Her career began in 1995 with Nationwide Insurance Company where she was responsible for the marketing and business development of property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
Since then she has held positions within various segments of United Healthcare and MAMSI Health Plans to include account management, sales, coordination of benefits, and various relevant supervisory roles. ARM is excited to have a person of Brandi's diverse insurance background and customer service orientation working with us.
When she is not kept busy educating or working with her clients, Brandi enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Brandi is an outstanding benefits consultant and insurance advisor her presence is an asset to our clients and to our team.

Andrew Baum

Andrew M. Baum was born in San Francisco, California and moved to Bethesda, Maryland in 1962. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Law Enforcement and Criminology. In 1979, he relocated to Frederick, Maryland and accepted a position with the Frederick City Police Department. In 1982, Andy left to pursue a career in insurance, and spent 15 years with the Prudential. Five of those years were spent in management, supervising between 8 and 12 agents. Additionally, he taught an in house course for the series 6 exam. In 1997, he formed Diversified Financial Consultants, a financial services firm. He held the position of OSJ for the satellite office of the Broker/Dealer for 3 years. Twelve years later (2009) he (along with two associates) formed ARM Financial Strategies, LLC. He and his partners established this company to accent Allied Resource Management, a benefits management firm. His focus with this new venture is to provide advance planning for the many individual and group accounts the sister firm has. In 1999 he began teaching continuing education through Cape Education and continues that today. He has achieved both the Chartered life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degrees, and has taught numerous insurance courses. He is a past president of the Western Maryland Society of Financial Service Professionals as well as having served as a president of the Life Underwriters Association of Frederick County. Outside of the Insurance industry, Andy has extensive experience in Rotary International, having helped with the establishment of a new club, served numerous positions within the club, and served as District Governor for Central Maryland and Washington DC. Andy is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and baseball. Andy and his wife Leigh reside in Jefferson, Maryland. They have two children, Christopher, a marketing consultant, and Matthew, a student at East Tennessee State University.

Patrick grew up in Anne Arundel County and played soccer through most of the east coast. After attending school in Central New York at Le Moyne College, he graduated with a degree in Finance and a double minor in Economics and Philosophy. After school he took a position and climbed the ranks to become branch manager with with a small insurance agency in Syracuse. Following that, Pat left Syracuse and returned to Maryland to begin a financial services practice in Anne Arundel County. After working with Allied Resource Management as a Strategic Partner for a little over a year he took a position at ARM Financial Strategies as the Vice President of Pension and Retirement Benefits. Commonly referred to as the "Medicare Specialist" he works with Individuals with basic and complex retirement plans and needs. He has a background in individual Planning and Asset Management. Patrick is also an active contributor for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and has raised money over the past five years in order to raise awareness of the different battles with the disease. Most recently he participated with a Friend in the Man of the Year campaign in 2008. With a passion for soccer he volunteers at Old Mill High School as the Assistant Varsity Boys Soccer Coach. He also coaches at different youth programs during the year to help the development of young players. Patrick now resides in Annapolis MD.

Rob brings over 20 years of hands-on business experience to ARM 14 of those years have been spent in the insurance & managed care industries. Throughout his career, Rob has been responsible for managing all aspects of business operations including: general accounting functions, cash management & cash flow operations, customer service, purchasing, financial & sales analysis and incentive compensation design. His ability to analyze & compile key performance indicators coupled with a strong aptitude for maximizing existing resources, provides a unique opportunity for those businesses who work with him to evaluate, plan and monitor their growth strategies and profitability objectives. Rob has worked with and provided support to a variety of clients through the years ranging from family owned/operated businesses to start-up companies to established Fortune 500 companies. He has also served on many advisory panels, planning committees & review boards during his career.

Marketing and sales professional, Dawn Orso comes to ARM with a wealth of knowledge and experience. After graduating in 1994 from the University of Md, College Park where she was a student-athlete on the women's soccer team, Dawn spent several years supporting the business development and sales efforts of a local application service provider.
In 2004, she was recruited by MAMSI Health plans to help drive marketing and sales throughout the Annapolis region. Dawn quickly rose to the #1 sales producer in the region and maintained her place at the top throughout 2005. Working alongside her customers in an effort to solve problems and implement new strategies is the aspect of her business that Dawn enjoys most.
Dawn is an active member of the Junior League of Annapolis with whom she diligently works to serve her community. Dawn lives in Arnold with her husband, David, her son Max, her daughters, Olivia and Amelia, and their dog, Jake. Dawn is in charge of business development throughout the Annapolis region.

Keri Benton has made a name for herself throughout Central Maryland as a person who gets things done for her customers. She spent about ten years in the mortgage business working and consulting with homeowners prior to becoming actively involved in the health-care industry in 1998.
Keri began her health-care career with MAMSI Health plans, assisting in the identification and recovery of lost revenue. She eventually transitioned into a business development role and quickly became one the top sales producers throughout the Rockville region - a title that she would continue to claim for almost 6 years. Keri's customers know that she is someone they can talk to and trust, someone who will get any problem resolved quickly and effectively.
She is an outstanding asset and we at ARM are proud to be working with her. Keri will continue working with many of her clients in and around the Beltsville region. She will also be responsible for northern Montgomery County and Frederick County. Keri lives in Frederick with her husband, Jim and their pet cats.

After graduating from Washington College, Rebecca spent several years working as a captive field agent with MAMSI Health Plans and United HealthCare. During her tenure with these major insurance powerhouses, Rebecca quickly became one of the top producers and a valuable resource of industry knowledge. Her clients respect and admire her willingness to go the extra mile for them and respond to their needs quickly and effectively.
Rebecca is an outdoor enthusiast. When she is not in the field meeting with her clients, she can be found in the fields and mountains of rural American hiking, rock-climbing, mountain biking. Leslie comes to ARM with a diverse background and a wealth of professional experience. She began her career with a 13 year stint in the banking arena and then pursued some legal and accounting ambitions for several years. Prior to joining ARM, Leslie earned a reputation for integrity and leadership while working as a district sales manager and broker liasion for several national and regional health care organizations.
In her new role, she is responsible for business development and support in Montgomery County and Northern Virginia where Leslie thoroughly enjoys educating and providing solutions in health care and human resources to busineses and consumers alike.
Leslie lives in Gaithersburg with her husband, Dan, her daughter, Kayla, and her dog, Zizou. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys reading, volunteering, traveling (ask her about Spain), and spending time with family and friends. Matt Doyle has a wonderful capability of working one on one and giving great personal service to his customers.
